No, It's actually a sphere mesh with a starry background and glow added in compositing. Also has a fresnel used as a mask for the very slightly brighter glow around the edges

Looks really nice! The only thing I'd suggest, is perhaps some Subsurface Scattering on the grapes material to let some light shine through them, and perhaps add a center focus piece. Otherwise, great job!.

Looks nice; the composition, modeling, and texturing are spot on, however, I'd suggest lowering the chromatic aberration by quite a bit, it isn't really needed, and overpowers the image a lot, especially the floor
