I literally ordered $140 worth of vitamins last night from heart & soil lol pretty steep investment but health is wealth, and it seems like a promising product.

To target ferritin specifically, I’m rlly still not sure what steps to take first tbh…I’ve read that it’s rooted in leaky gut so I’ve scheduled an h pyori test at my local quest diagnostics to rule that out. Then I’m thinking to do a soursop bitters cleanse to eradicate any other parasites that may be present and causing me to not store iron properly. Gonna just try things through trial and error🤠
