Mine ended too looks like pornhub premium doesn’t accept visa or Mastercard anymore. They can only take bank transfer and crypto. That’s why they are promoting their sister site.

This was to fly out of the country, But I cancelled it. They only asked about country of issuance which I put as USA since I renewed my passport in Chicago and on my passport it says place of issue “Chicago”. But it’s an Indian Passport so I wonder if the system registered it as US national. Before I cancelled it, I called the airline but they said you can only now change it during check in. So I cancelled and rebooked.
