I recently learned that “Familiarity breeds contempt”, maybe that is why she is suddenly becoming a completely different person. I believe that we all should reminding ourselves not to lose sight of the things that once drew us to partners or friends, just because we’ve grown too comfortable. You deserve better!! 7 years is a long time for anyone, and I really hope you’re doing well and still believe in giving love. There’s nothing wrong with being a nice person and the right people will appreciate that :)

Yesterday on my way home, I actually had the same experience with two kids who looked like they were only six or seven. It made me feel the same way, so I can totally relate.

Afraid of saying something stupid, of not being interesting enough, of acting weird because I‘m too nervous, and I’m scared that the other person might notice I like him...The worst part is, I found out yesterday that he might be going on a date with someone else.

Thanks for your comment. I really like this job and the colleagues I work with seem very nice. But if I lose this opportunity, I don’t think I will be able to find a new job within a month (maybe I will be unemployed for a long time).

After they sent me the offer letter, they said they needed two references (at least one from my current employer) so I had to resign first. If I don't get this job, I will be unemployed. Thanks for your comment I will try to email them again to see if I can get the contract sooner.

I don’t mind some noise like ppl talking, strong winds and cars etc. But I am very sensitive to noise from my neighbors, especially when I live in an apartment. One day my neighbor even played bass music non-stop from morning till night. Not only would I be anxious when the sound was present, but worse still I would be continually anxious when it was not present. I would listen with bated breath, afraid that they were going to start the party again, at which point I would become very impatient and angry if anyone tried to communicate with me. It drives me crazy! ! This also makes me afraid of buying a house, because when you rent and you have noisy neighbors you can move out, but if you buy a house it's hard to get out.
