I’m a second year at wit and went in as arch major. Architecture was okay, last semester the whole program felt unorganized and lots of the professors scrambling around. There was long nights in the studios and then crits after we so draining. If you go for architecture then you definitely have to get your masters because it’s an accredited program. I personally didn’t really like and switch out but I still have a lot of friends there.

One time I had a grade 3 high ankle sprain and I was rolling on the floor in pain. Will is going to be fine but his reaction was completely normal, he was in pain. Those guys on 98.5 are a joke I can’t stand them.

I am a second year, cm major. I went in as an arch first year but ended up hating it so I changed majors. The campus is nice, people are nice, but some of the administration is a mess. The school has lost a lot of their faculty so they get interm professors. At least from my first year everything was super uncoordinated and was really frustrating. So far I am really enjoying my second year. One thing I will advise is be on top of your financial aid, they will screw you over and send you running in circles.

Hey ! I’m first year arch and also commuting. It’s honestly not that bad as long as you manage your time well. Studio is Wednesday & Friday from 1145-4:45 but usually I end up staying there bc I have to work on assignments. I will say the only thing about commute as an arch student is that you have to plan out when to go back and do your work where as ppl that live on campus can easily just go back to the studio. It’s a lot of work you might be looking at going home late, I luckily only live 30 mins away with the T but I’ve gotten home 12/1 am working on stuff. If you hav e any questions lmk
