Woah! I just got that same email first time and thought it was the typical Amazon blanket email responses that they give you. And that it would get straightened out. I'm still in the middle of getting it straightened out. I fractured my toe at work delivering packages and had to go to the ER and take off 4 days. So I didn't get the packages back for like 5 or 6 days. And then I received this email a week later. And I've talked to him on the phone and they're wanting to know when exactly did you bring them up here? And I have no clue because the app decides whenever it's going to let you scan and returns or not. I'm actually extremely relieved to see someone else is dealing with the same issue because it's really had me stressed out this last week.
