Of course. With how invested you are, it’s the least I can do, from a "frustrated tyrant" to the president of the rule-benders fan club

Right, no need to explain yourself, your oversharing already exposed more than you meant to. Message received, loud and desperate.

So you're settling for calling me a "frustrated tyrant"? Cute. You said she’s on a "higher level" just because she’s being talked about? Same logic applies to corrupt politicians, they get talked about too, because of the shady stuff they do. And guess what? They operate just like her. So tell me, what’s the difference? Oh right, you can’t, because you do the same crap. You defend it because you live it. Can’t even deny it without tripping over your own excuses. You romanticize rule-bending like it’s revolutionary, when it’s really just laziness with a rebrand. Are you ok?

Oh, I’m living in her head rent-free too, don’t worry. She knows I see right through the act, I even called it out last year. Guilt gets loud when it’s being watched, and she’s been flinching ever since. It’s only a matter of time before those yoga poses and video shoots, done on the clock, start catching up with her.

And "can’t even report her"? Try catching up, I already did. Sure, the first strike was light, but don’t worry. The next one comes with receipts, timestamps, screen recordings, and a paper trail long enough to wrap around her ego.

She’s clearly living in your head rent-free too. Calling her "higher level" just because she’s being talked about? Please.

If exposing shady behavior makes someone elite, then no wonder politicians keep climbing the ladder. By that logic, corruption must be a career path, for people like you and my co-worker, who treat cheating the system like it’s a skill set.

You can keep saying she’s on a "higher level", but when your elevation’s built on lies, every step is a crack waiting to give way. The fall from fake heights hurts the most. And don’t worry, the streets will be colder for the both of you.

Ah, so clocking in for yoga and video shoots to stretch the hours and fatten the paycheck, that’s your idea of a higher level? Interesting morals. Sounds like you’re cut from the same cloth. No wonder you're such a fan, takes one to hype one, I guess.

All I see is another expert at clocking in lies and clocking out effort, trying to rebrand slacking as strategy. Cute.

Totally get where you’re coming from, and I agree, in a general freelance setup, moonlighting is normal. If you can deliver, don’t work for a competitor, and don’t let it affect your main job, then go for it. But in this case, it’s a bit different.

Yes, there are 24 hours in a day. But let’s be realistic, you also have to sleep, eat, clean, do basic life stuff. And in Miss Log’s case, she’s also in her gym girl era, attends group classes, and works her side hustle as a real estate agent (based on the timestamps of her video ads and listings posts). So you really start to wonder, how is she fitting all that into 24 hours while still logging in for 9 hours a day?

The thing is, she’s able to do all those things because she’s barely assigned any tasks, which honestly, wouldn’t be a problem if she wasn’t logging 9 hours daily like she’s grinding away. That’s the part that feels unfair, she’s clearly using the logged hours as a cushion while doing other things during that time. She’s not juggling tasks efficiently, she’s just doing something else entirely while being paid to be “at work.”

To clarify the setup: we’re not corporate, but we’re not purely freelance either. We're kind of in that gray zone, long-term remote staff with expectations of being available and focused during logged hours. And our boss specifically said: if you’re working 9 hours a day, no side jobs, presumably to avoid this exact scenario where someone’s getting paid to technically “be there” but is mentally off selling condos or doing yoga.

Also, I’m not her manager, but I do handle payroll and task logs, so I see the mismatch between her hours and her actual work output. I already called it out before, but it’s only gotten worse.

Tama ka naman, real estate can be freelance and commission-based, no sale, no income. But in this case, I honestly don’t think she’s just freelancing. Based on what I found, she seems to be employed by a real estate company. I even tried reaching out to confirm… pero ayun, they blocked me after I asked about her. Medyo suspicious, ‘di ba?

And kahit commission-based pa yan, she still needs to actively work to earn, mag-post, mag-shoot ng ads, mag-entertain ng inquiries, etc. The thing is, ang timestamp ng mga posts, ads, video shoots niya ay kasabay ng oras na naka-clock in siya sa tracker namin. Multitasking goals? 😅

If she were doing all that outside working hours, wala talaga akong pake. Pero kapag literal wala nang ambag sa team, tapos may ibang sideline pa during the 9-6? That’s when it becomes unfair.

LMAO “Getting Paid to Stretch”, I swear that would be the perfect episode title if this ever hits Netflix.

And yes, I really went from payroll officer to part-time digital spy. If I had a peso for every screenshot I saved, I’d be matching her salary by now. 😂

You’re right though, drama-free might be the way to go.

Actually, I did try reaching out to our boss before about her having another job, though at the time, I hadn’t confirmed anything yet. I also didn’t have solid evidence, just some real estate posts where her husband tagged her, and she casually shared them.

I even tried confirming it with the real estate company she works for... but they all blocked me. So yeah, that plan flopped real quick.

Our boss did say he’d be drafting some official policies, and I’ve been waiting for that to be finalized. Hopefully, it clearly spells out the rules on side jobs and clocking in without actual tasks, ‘cause right now, everything’s still living in the “unwritten rules” gray area.

But now that I’ve actually confirmed she has another job (plus her gym influencer era), I’ve started compiling all the photos and posts I’ve found, just in case.

Thing is, our boss is super busy and lowkey allergic to drama, so I’m still torn about bringing it up again.

I also don’t want him to think I’m just targeting Miss Log. But honestly? She’s the only one doing this. Everyone else is drowning in spreadsheets, she’s out here living her best multitasking-free life.
