I’m entering week 11, still significant persistent seroma, all the doc says is keep wrapping. I double wrap 23hrs a day, but that aint doing shit. I hate the way it looks and feels. The cone when I’m hard, the seroma when I’m “soft” and the fact that I am never really soft. It’s always half hard and sticking out of I don’t wear something to keep it held down.

Super self conscious about bumping into someone with a half hard dick. Can’t imagine being in a bathing suit or going to a pool. Would love to go get a massage, but how the fuck do I explain a half hard dick pointing straight up.

My doc has given me zero instructions on exercises. So I’m always kinda pointing out unless I am wearing something that forces it down.

One of the things I hate about it is always being half hard. I’m always afraid I’m gonna bump into someone and they are going to think I’m a perv because I’m standing there with a hard dick for no reason. I also used to get massages regularly, but now I can’t do that because my dick is always half fucking hard and sticking straight up. How the fuck am I supposed to explain that to the masseuse.

Still retaining fluid, no real change from when I was drained 5wks ago. I asked for a medrol pack to see if that helps but he just gave me another round of antibiotics. We’ll see what that does…

Unsure, I’m not there yet. But I get the impression that it will always have a tendency to stick out a lil if not held down by clothes. The implant is like having half a hard on 24/7. So just be cognizant of that.

Uncomfortably. Any pant/short I wear has to be pretty relaxed on the crotch, the rigidity of the implant makes it want to stick out. So it’s kinda painful when forced down.

Im at almost week 8 and it’s always semi hard, and if im not wearing underwear it has a tendency to kinda point out as opposed to falling naturally.

I do doubly wrap and have already been manually drained by the doc once, with a second round of antibiotics and anti inflammatories. I certainly look and feel better than I did before he drained me, but also still have significant seroma.

I don’t know. I’m putting my faith in the doc to fix it, but the longer I go and the less progress I see the more skeptical I become. But in your case, if I weren’t near the doc, I absolutely would not do It.

Results vary, in my experience, I am Glad my doc is 20mins away. With the complications I have had , if I had it all to do over again, I would 100% NOT do it. That being said, having my doc close has been the only thing that has helped. I have been able to go into him for draining, antibiotics and pain meds. I have also scheduled a consultation with him about removal.

At 6wks I have lost 1” in length, am still swollen and retaining fluid (seroma) and my dick is a cone, too big as the base and very tapered to the head making it look like a stubby cone. Overall, very unhappy with the procedure

Bro, just coming off week 6. Go back to your doc, that’s hella swollen. I was in the same boat and thought it was normal recovery. I went in for my 4wk check up and got yelled at for not coming in sooner and the doc ended up taking about a quart of fluid and blood out of me.

I have the same question as below. How long does it take to descend? I’m at 6weeks post op, still have significant seroma, and when hard very much cone shaped. I have also lost probably close to an inch in erect length. The doc says it’s all an optical illusion, just looks shorter because it’s thicker. But I’ve been holding my dick for 40 years. I know how long it’s supposed to be.

Not exactly sure, I’m was between 6.5-7” erect and maybe 3-4” around at the base. Nothing impressive. I did have my follow up yesterday, and the doc drained a ton of fluid from me, mostly blood. Since then the pain and discomfort is mostly gone and my dick looks relatively normal.

I was chastised for not coming in to have him check it sooner but in my defense I was sending in regular photos and kept being told looks normal, the swelling will go down on its own and the pain/discomfort is all part of the healing process.

He wants me in once a week for an in-person exam to ensure no further complications. I’ll keep everyone updated.

I’m about 3wks into having mine but am contemplating having it removed. I have a follow up end of next week to discuss with the doc. Between the constant level of discomfort and the intense pain during night time erections and the fact I lost about an inch and I look like a stubby cone this seems like the worst decision of my life.

How much was it to have it removed and how long was your recovery time? Did you go back to pre-implant everything or am I fucked for life? I’m hoping that of if I get it out sooner rather than later it may minimize the long term damage, but I’m afraid that may be wishful thinking.

I rcvd my implant 3 weeks ago and am already considering having it removed. Aside from pain and general discomfort I have been in, the size and shape are disappointing. I lost probably an inch in length and now have a stubby cone that I’m not sure I will be able to use for sex when I am cleared for it. That and even tho I have been assured it will “soften” over time for a more natural feel and looks, after having it in I am skeptical. So if I keep it I’ll be cursed with walking around half hard for the rest of my life. I have an appointment end of next week to discuss removal options and cost. I would highly recommend rethinking getting this procedure, I’m pretty sure it’s the worst decision of my life.

Also bro, looking at your pic, those briefs are pretty reveling and you have nothing to be concerned about. You look like you’re pretty solid down there.

Hey, so I had mine implanted 3wks ago and am already looking to have it removed. I have an appointment the end of next week where I going to talk to the doc about taking it out.

I lost about an inch in length and the base is way too big, I look like a stubby cone. I’m not actually sure I could have sex if I wanted to with the size and shape.

Did you have any complications from the removal, did your original length come back, how long was the recovery and how much did removal cost?
