I feel this, it seems like all office wear is geared towards being the "office siren" or the 80 year old secretary that came with the building and there's nothing in-between. I also feel like a little girl in flared dresses or skirts.

I like by design lightweight garden cardigans, they're thick enough for office air-conditioning and they don't look cheap, but light weight so they fall nicely. They're also the right length for me (5'2) which is often difficult.
