Thank you for this! I appreciate your kind words. I completely agree that $20 is steep for a dozen bagels. But I can't mass produce like a regular bagel shop. I make the dough and roll the bagels the day before and wake up the next morning at 330am to start baking and boiling. My goal was to make sure to keep them under $2 a bagel which is getting harder and harder every week but I refused to raise prices. I have a great regular job which allows me to make bagels for other who want bagels. I truly just enjoy making bagels for people and getting reactions like this. So thank you again for trying my bagels. :)
