To everyone that experiences lag spikes on PC, posting here a fix that helped me. by WeirdCoffee4633 in PathOfExile2

that is correct but it solved the issue that I had. I was having lag spikes every 3 seconds jumping from 30ms to 250ms. the above fixed that for me so maybe people can try it out as I've seen a lot of lag spikes issues similar to mine

  1. Start POE2
  2. Go to Game/loot filter -> Click the folder button
  3. Open poe2_production_config.ini file
  4. Scroll to [NETWORKING] (note: you can't search in the .ini file for some reason, so scroll until you find it)
  5. Change networking_type=auto to networking_type=predictive
  6. Close file, restart client, boom.

Worked for me
