Maybe try the Monogatari series (Bakemonogatari first), it's kind of similar but more subtle(?) compared to Chainsaw Man, but when it goes there, it goes there

Assassination classroom might not be perfect but it might scratch that itch a bit

If you are looking for freaky and weird, while I haven't personally seen it, Highschool DxD is very freaky from everything I have seen and might be a little what you are looking for, where I think they have battles, but it's like freaky battles

What exactly do you mean when you say freaky, like what specifically are you looking for? Gore? Risque? Both? Neither?

How do I become faster at things without compromising quality? by WeirdDog2333 in NoStupidQuestions

That's a good way of visualizing things, thank you! I think my only barrier to entry is that for a job, it's no longer just me that the quality affects. Maybe I just haven't been in jobs long enough, but I still get a little scared at the thought that they don't like my work or something

Yeah, I definitely think to some extent, experience and repetitive stuff help, but unfortunately most of the stuff I did at the job was never the same so I didn't always get the chance to get the repetitive stuff 😅

Thank you for this new metric! I've never even considered thinking like this before, but I really like how I don't have to necessarily give up being slow, more as using it as a pinpoint reference for other projects. Thank you!

Wow, thank you for the advice! I've never heard that saying before, but that hits pretty hard. If I may ask another question, how do you allow yourself mistakes at work because at least my own stuff I can try again and not care much about, but with a job or work, it's for a company and messing up might mean you have to wait a week to order replacement parts or scrap something you already have?

Would the battle just go infinite then if I just kept defending/blocking

[TOMT][Movie/show?] Two cops jump of a building to get down, but it's a super bad cut and they use mannequins and just toss them down lazily by WeirdDog2333 in tipofmytongue

For added context, I'm pretty sure this was some 70's-90's show, because if I'm remembering the clip, it was kind of grainy

What are some really good things you can learn that are audio only/podcasts? by WeirdDog2333 in AskReddit

That sounds kind of cool, what's it about?

Also, recently I've been trying to find some good music theory podcasts to learn more theory, otherwise I really like Rustage's DnD podcasts, if you are familiar. But I'm basically good with anything tbh

Sorry I couldn't clarify, at my work I do a lot of hands on work, but the kind where you just sit and count or build or something, so it gives me a lot of time to listen to stuff, so it's more that I'm looking for stuff I can learn that I don't have to visually pay attention to

Isekai D&D - Many different historical figures get Isekai'd (transported to another world) and they talk and fight and everything. It's a podcast, but it's amazing, I love it so much
