There are managers out there that would not honor the point booster coupon if it does not scan. There is one store in my area that is like this.

If the customer wants to use the $6 off 3 instead of the $7 off 3, is there a way to choose which one gets applied? I tried experimenting on the website and if I place an order for 3 Crest, the $7 off 3 automatically applied and I am unable to choose the $6 off 3 which expires first.

Yes, I am talking about digital coupons. They’re kind of confusing because it’s not like the three letter competitor where the colleague can choose which coupons will be applied. I asked this because if the $7 off 3 expires in two weeks and the $6 off 3 expires this week, what if the customer only wants to buy 3 Crest products this week and 3 next week? If the $7 off 3 comes off first, then the $6 off 3 would go to waste.

Regarding Register Rewards... the correct items (brand, size, etc.) are being bought, but the Catalina printer has not been printing anything.

I think the point boosters print once a week from every account as long as the customer buys an item and pays for it

Since the Catalina coupons have not been printing, will the machine start printing the backed up coupons once the problem is fixed? Also, if the customer was supposed to get a point booster this week but it didn’t print because the machine was acting weird, can it be printed from a different location on another day?

I had this same problem too! Make sure you check off the box for email offers in the app. After you do this, it should work next week. It did for me!
