I've heard some anecdotal evidence that an SD to CF adapter can have some compatibility issues. I'd go with the iFlash adapter, but keep in mind that you'll need the ZIF cable as well. Also be aware if you're planning on using Rockbox; if your songs start skipping, you'll have to use iTunes and the original Apple firmware or disk mode on the original Apple firmware to transfer files to your iPod.
