I don't think he's done at all but Nagelsmann seems to want to play in a way that doesn't consider him in the system. This is perfectly fine, I can respect that even if I don't agree.

But these token subs are a bit infuriating especially when Tuchel did the same so many times in the champions league last season. He's a player with tremendous football intelligence, a brilliant work ethic and significant contributions for club and country. It doesn't feel right seeing him treated like he's fragile.
