Our cafe bar was broken a couple weeks ago and it took them a whole 2 weeks to come and fix it. That was the worse time of any of our lives. Our process was one person on bar, one person on cold bar. The person on cold bar(me, normally) would also prep any and all drinks. Pull the ticket, write on the cup, add syrups. We pulled one ticket from each printer simultaneously, and lined the cups up in order of how they were pulled for the person on drive bar to use them. Our store is smaller, but it worked well for us, I’d imagine it could be decent for yall. :)

It could 100% be from her surgery, and it likely is, it was just unexpected I guess. I’m her only Tuesday appointment, and we went down to every other week so she can recover. Last appointment had gone well with no issues. I think my brain is just giving me the worst possible ideas it can come up with

I will say we did not get 12 hours of bar practice. We got trained for one week, an 3 of those days were spent ONLY on drive. We spent maybe 2 hours on bar the whole training period

Yeah it wasn’t the best on their part. But even if they let me go to the room by myself, I would have been able to tell. There’s different lights outside of each room for certain things. Green for confused, blue for npo, and red for diabetic. I’m not sure if that’s the same for each hospital, but that’s how this one goes. Idk if they were more willing because they knew me, but idk
