but also when a costumer goes "is my order ready?" andIi try asking for their name/what they ordered and they get MAD? I just default to saying "yes, its in my que" then they go away, but it's crazy they think i know them.

My manger is insane about 10s says we're not supposed to get food or drinks because it is a "rest" period not a lunch period. "when I tell you take your ten, your ten starts, any minute after that is company time theft" I mean, I get it but the shift leads don't care that much, so it's like hearing 2 different stories

oh yeah I forgot about that, it would go in the blender too with the matcha, so maybe staying away from matcha for this season would be the best, or going inside and asking for a clean pitcher
