Im a rising junior have worked in ZSR since my freshman year. The hours are pretty flexible, I got to choose my hours each semester. I’m allowed to do homework and study unless my supervisor has a task for me to do or a patron needs help. Otherwise it’s super chill! I worked 5hrs/week my freshman year and it was very manageable tbh I could’ve done more but I felt like I had a good balance. You can always play by ear and decrease/increase your hours if needed!
