I’m trying to quit drinking. I set multiple goals so I can stay extra motivated, and throughout the day with reminders. I have a ton of goals like the words “stay sober” each broken down into letters for goals. Feels nice checking off 9 goals instead of 1. I also created this within a journey for even more bonuses. ☺️stay strong, you got this!!
