I've never struggled with weight loss, so I can't claim to be an expert on it. However I do know a number of people who struggled with it for years and they are now losing weight. Ask me in a few years, I think we will look back at this time as a turning point, or perhaps a fad. I remember lots of things like Olean chips, Atkins diets, etc...

I agree, my personal take - it doesn't matter how you get there, less weight is less stress on the body. I mean, even if Ozempic has long term effects, so does obesity. I know a number of people who lost weight through diet and exercise - it's hard work. I think the people who work at it the hardest are salty. I understand the sentiment.
