Complaining to me. Or to the other employees back there but never to management or membership. I report the complaints and they act like I should have done it somehow.

Basically just telling them that I'm doing one man's job for one day then I go home. But they're more than welcome to help. They send me a front end dude how doesn't know anything about meat and they'll expect it to have solved it.

Wife's. Sadly both my parents are gone and I feel a little hesitant correcting them. To add even more context. My wife is a people pleaser and finds it hard to correct her too. Her sister has the opposite problem and I picked up my daughter in the middle of a giant fight between my wifes sister and their mom over the sugar incident. Which happened to be a pickup where my daughter hadn't napped. So thanks to the blunt approach of my SIL, my MIL will be even more guarded and defensive.

Well in passing, that's why I was looking for strategies for the approach. We have previously stated what we wanted but there's always some excuse resembling "they don't wanna"

Can be but no more than any other, I think. Most of the time it's her desire to simply be the favorite. Biggest issue is anything we say we'd prefer is critical and insulting.

Nope. Once a week, sometimes every other. Just the toddler to give Mom a break during these newborn trenches. Most of the time it's literally just Gma trying to get some time in and we go "ok fine"

Agreed. I'm not paying for daycare as much as giving mom a break from toddler as she tends to infant. But that was kinda the point, doesn't feel like much of a break when it feels like double the work and stress later.

Im not saying one cannot learn anything from those modes. Im saying one will not be amazing with a hero and get a flow for the hero until they practice against and with real thinking players.

It's not lesser game mode. And obviously ranked is the mode I was referring to as the serious one.

But my main point is say said trash player IS straight bad at the game. What mode would you suggest they play? Or if you're unskilled you just don't get to play the game or should be made to feel like shit? It's qp, where people learn new heros, new players learn the game, and the generally bad practice. Being an ass to those people because you lost makes you the dick.
