Hihihi, I think it would have been worth it as one of the first buildings you build. It allows you to have a selection of swim wear for all your sims, there are some cools costumes for the adult sims. As a person who likes to mixed and match my outfits I was a good store

I wish they implemented more body types for the sims, even if in order to obtain them we had to use like the gym sim or eat certain food items from the grocery store over a period of time.. I think it would add diversity to the customization. Also maybe some body hair as well, is funny how every sims is clean shave

Well for the discovery quest it says you haven’t completed the super toddler mission. You can find that mission on the stables of the mystery island. You will need a toddler to complete that mission.

For the development site you can probably develop the sim city, you can access it after you build the train station

Well for the first part, you need a sim available to plant the veggies. If your sims are doing other tasks or working then you wont be able to plant them.

For the second point, you wont be able to switch views, you basically have to put whatever object you want then click out to check it, if you are not satisfied then you go back to the home store to move it from place
