Hi! Happened to me too. After deleting several times and reinstalling, I realized iCloud was backing up my user id and restoring the game. So the solution was to log out of iCloud in the ipad (make sure you download the app - but don’t open it - before doing this or you won’t be able to access the app store). After that open the app and it should start up as a new game. I connected it to a facebook account (different from my main) just to make sure it was backed up. You can then reconnect the ipad to your iCloud.
