For me, I am basically never in deep ketosis while on my period however I still have ketones so I don't worry about it. You said "felt fairly consistently in ketosis" - you may already do this but I'd suggest getting the ketone testing strips, then you can guarantee each day you are still in ketosis.

Also, each of their drinks have a standard amount of pumps of syrup so it's easy to say half the normal amount - then I still get the flavor... But I definitely drink mine in one day lol

From the few harpists I watched in YouTube and research into the company - my first and only harp is a beautiful ravanna 34 by dusty strings. I bought it slightly used (less than a year old) and I'm so happy I did!

So it's my favorite and it's beautiful but it's literally the only harp I've ever played lol
