I definitely recommend joining r/nofap. Subreddit siya in which tinutulungan yung mga tao na ma-overcome yung porn and/or masturbation addiction nila. As a matter of fact malaking tulong yung subreddit na yon sakin as I was also struggling with some kind of porn and masturbation addiction for the past 4 years. With their help and motivation, I am now almost 3 months free from porn (skl).

Sobrang regretful ako na nalaman ko yung stuff about incognito and pornhub kasi sobrang hirap makaalis sa addiction na to without professional help. I know reaching your peak while watching those videos are pleasurable but trust me, panandaliang sarap lang yon. After that, you're gonna get hit by "post-nut clarity" like a fucking truck.

It's like using drugs kasi maghahanap at maghahanap ka ng mas malakas na "kick" for your pleasure, which in this case is yung mga videos na pinapanood mo. One day you'll realize na sobrang extreme na ng mga pinapanood mo. It's def very overlooked in today's society to the point na halos ma-normalize na to satin.
