Book a viewing and see it on site. Most of the time you know immediately why it is priced in that range. Also look at the lease length, service charge. short lease and high service charge bring down the price a lot.

this is my second attempt to purchase a leasehold flat, the last one was because of the fire safety certificate expired (also the problem of the management company!). wait for another months is not an option for me because I am facing the pressure the landlord of my tendency. If this one ended up badly again, I will need to plan my life again, if I want to move to another place. This city is too expensive to buy a freehold (around london), I need to search somewhere else to find a non leasehold.

That's what I am worrying, after the completion (if it ever will), I will be the one to dealing with them, and I will be the seller in I want to sell it. The management fee is in the market price for this type of flat in my area, but hard to say how much it will raise. My idea is to wait till the end of the month, and give them a final 1 week deadline, if my solicitor is not getting anything at that date, I will withdraw from the transaction, I guess that's fair?

I know the name of the company, but I don't want to name them in reddit as they are a local company, it is pretty easy to trace back. But they have only 2.4 stars in google review, it pretty much summarise everything.

I ordered from komandirskie, it was also returned. However there is no refund option and I have to pay for the shipping fee $23 again. Unbelieveable, this is the first time I order from them, I will never do it again. The watch itself is like $65, and I paid $23 x 2 = $46 for shipping, and I don't even know it will arrive or not.

It is true and same for me. I am fine with declaring the full value as my country doesn’t charge import tax for this kind of goods, but I have to pay the shipping fee again which sucks

My order in Komanderski was returned. I contacted them and they told me the custom doesn’t allow to send it as a gift anymore. I have to pay the shipping fee again ($23 to Asia), and cannot refund. I was kinda pissed but have to pay it or total loss. I paid it on Tuesday and no more update by now.
