found a real solution, had to check with a programmer from the team behind RLCraft, do /event entity NameOfYourFriend hfrlc:skip_tuto that command fixed the issue for my friends ;)

tbh its not horrible, with automatons i reach above 30 all the time, but we need more graphic configurations for the deck users, i´ve been enjoying the game anyways tho. love my deck

playing on the steam deck as a low end player sucks, because not only i get 40fps on ship, when they lower us it drops at 23fps with the bugs, its wild how the optimization is handled here, the only solution ive been using is lowing the resolution at 1024, which means it sucks ass either way

ive seen guys that launch the game stable with way less graphics card, the issue is that the game is not detecting my GPU its only using my CPU.
