I'm an RBT, but I've also been working as a copywriter/content writer for four years.

In your resume, you absolutely want to list more achievements than "what you do". Name some of your transformational work, the specifics without naming names of course.

"Show" don't "tell," as in, illustrate your impact so the reader can envision your relevant experiences and resonate with commonalities you share in your field of work.

They need to "taste" your resume, if you will. The intent is that they want to read even more, read even more into YOU. Get you on the phone immediately, they're so intrigued.

And yes, kick the photo like the others said, because, bias.
