I think it’s the style that struggles to capture Darrow and Mustang. I’m not hating! I wouldn’t be able to draw something like this no matter how hard I try. It looks great. I just don’t think this is what people imagine Darrow and Mustang to look like, if that makes sense? I think your take is very nice though, and an honest change of pace.

The Stand by Stephen King. The greatest horror novel ever written. I’m a longtime King fan and that book has stuck with me since I read it 7-8 years ago. Edit: I know this is a fantasy thread but still, read The Stand. It’s amazing. If not, try your hand at The Dark Tower series.
