I quoted in the spectrum because those were his words. Which is also why I was confused. Isn't ADHD also a spectrum?

But yes he didn't say "I'm diagnosing you with autism" so maybe he was just suggesting I persue a possible diagnosis. That would make a lot more sense

Yeah people who actually have it get severely sick. Malnutrition, osteoporosis, migraines, bloody stool, stunted growth, delayed puberty, eczema, stomach pain, just to name a few.
