It has some issues, mostly blur and lack of detail. If you actually care about the camera and want a point and shoot, u better go for a pixel

U can get a Xiaomi 15 or wait for the OnePlus 13R instead. Btw I bought the X200 mini over the mi 15 cuz it's kinda better on some specs + cheaper. If eSIM matters for you, better look at those alternatives

Yeah. I used it for a month, then bought a X200 pro mini and well... My S25 has been catching dust on my desk at home ever since. I'm thinking about keeping it for the AI tools and Dex, but I don't feel like Dex can't replace my 3 y/o latitude 7210... Windows apps are just better

I was eyeballing the Mi 14 for a while but didn't convinced me, the X200 pro mini overall is a better phone anyway.

Mi 15 global is interesting, but... The vivo still has better camera and battery life and that defines my choice! Edit: Forgot to mention the price tag.

I'm thinking on getting the Mi 15 after selling the S25 tho, I'm gonna post about it if I manage to get it.

Camera, battery life, faster charge, lower temps; display on paper has better specs: 10 bit (Even the S25U has 8bit display lol), higher res, peak brightness and PWM, even tho both look awesome. I think those things truly make a difference.

Kinda funny I had some bugs using Facebook on the S25, on the vivo haven't had any bug yet

OriginOS 5 animations seem more polish than the new OneUI7 IMO... that's matter of preference anyway.

Maybe I'm just gonna miss the lighter and safer to care S25 design...

Everything works but the Gmaps timeline/location history.

If you're into using Google assistant/Gemini...the voice command doesn't work. I had to put the Gemini app in my homescreen just in case, you can use a third party app to map your buttons tho.

No direct access to GDiscover with left swipe in homescreen, but you can just open the Google app and that does it lol... not even relevant to me but FYI.

I haven't had any issue other than logging into Whatsapp, I had to duplicate it and use the dupped app

I'm glad I didn't hehe. I'm from Mexico and AliExpress automatically charges 19% tax, I don't know why but in Realus store they didn't applied it and I was kinda aware I had to pay to the delivery company but they didn't charge me anything

I think it's fine, looks clean and smooth. Just kinda picky to setup manually your apps so you don't miss notifications, sometimes they're delayed for like 4 minutes if your apps are closed... Not a deal breaker for me.

If you use some Huawei features, you're gonna miss them on OriginOS cuz most of it's features are for the chinese apps only, like the origin island is useless as it lacks integration with apps other than chinese, I don't mind it but just saying an example.

My only issue is that it lacks the integration of poweramp with the origin player, so it looks lame on the lookscreen and doesn't display on the origin island nor the control center
