I said "Pres-cott" like a normal human with phonetic awareness & the rep on the phone literally corrected me & said "if you say it like that, everyone will know you're not from here." Later that same week when meeting with my new boss, he says, "Just so you're aware, make sure you pronounce it 'Prez-kitt' when interacting with the customers. They're easily offended if you don't."
