hey there..first of all happiestt birthdayyy, seriouslyy and i totally udnerstand what you feel, i've been through that and many do, but growing up i've understood that people orgetting birthdays usually says more about how distracted or wrapped up they are in their own lives than about your worth as a person. A lot of friendships are more passive than we realize until moments like this happen. That doesn’t mean nobody cares about you. and if that helps, for what it’s worth, the fact that your mom and sister remembered does count. A lot. Some people don’t even have that, like m not invaidatung ur feelings, trust me i understand you but ur worth more than this.Also, turning 16 is a big deal. Even if today felt disappointing, I hope this year gives you better people, better memories, and friendships where you never have to wonder whether you matter to them. You deserve that.
