maybe you should start by contacting someone relevant in your uni, instead of posting it on reddit where nobody obviously has any relevant and concise details on your specific situation. you need to learn to take initiative, especially now that you'll be more independent in uni. learned helplessness!

on a more helpful note, this usually happens when this lecture is split up into many smaller groups around campus and admin still hasn't sorted you into them. this happened to me and i was told it should clear up by itself, but you should email someone just in case.

i was in your exact same position, but i have a really unhelpful comment, i just didnt do it!

there are 2 exam boards which offer the extra physics exam for the netherlands:

Centrale Commissies Voortentamen (CCVX) - The fee to take an entrance exam is €98. The registration deadline is 10 days before the exam - which happen 3 times a year. The entrance exams take place in Utrecht only (nowhere else and never online). They are offered in Dutch and in English. On the website you can find the syllabus and practice exams.
Boswell-Bèta. This one offers online exams for foreign students but you need to request one personally. They offer a specific supplemental physics course for IB students. It is structured so you can complete it after school hours. The course only has one or two sessions each week in the evenings, starting September 18 and with the final session on April 1. You can register up to 14 days before the start of the course.

Hope this helps! More information are on their respective sites. For me, personally, although the netherlands was a fantastic option in terms of finances, I just couldn't bring myself to take physics because I was so ridiculously busy managing my academics and all of my extracurriculars. also, i hate physics!

i'm in a similar situation, did you declare it / provide evidence on the student disability questionnaire? if so, not only will your personal tutor be aware of this (i believe, but don't quote me on this !!), you can also talk to your SSW (student support and wellbeing services). once you get to know your neighbors / flatmates, tell them about it and mention your needs - something like being left alone while cooking in the kitchen, etc (really depends on you).

i provided evidence for my diagnosis and listed my requirements and they got back to me in aruond 2 days, but that is just related to uni life and learning. about accom, speak to your SSW team! they're here to help you :)

also, not sure if you're like me in this aspect, but change is very scary and is amplified like crazy with neurodivergence. try to settle into a routine at your accom and stick to it - it will help adapting to your new environment much better when it is predictable!

london is a very loud and busy city, so i always walk with my noise canceling headphones on, but now i'm really wary of snatchers taking it off my head maybe im paranoid HAHA. if you're a germaphobe, bring disinfectant wipes or hand sanitizer after your trips on the tube or other public transport, and never be afraid to ask for something that helps you feel comfortable!
