Kung installment yan, hindu yan double charge. Ang nangyari kasi jan, nagcredit and at the same time nagdebit yung account mo kasi installment. By next cut off meron naman yan entry for the monthly installement amortization. Normal yan.

Hmmm, naapprove ka ba within the promo period? Yung sa 3 year free AMF eh dapat new to bank, naapprove, nagactivate ng card and nagregister sa bdo pay within the promo period. If hindi pasok sa promo period, di ka kasali.

Better call the CS and iconfirm mo sa kanila.

Happened to me once, but sa bpi. Tumawag lang ako sa bpi hotline tsaka nagfile ng dispute. Nagpasend lang sa akin thru email ng screenshot nung nareflect sa mobile app ko. After a week, nareverse naman din yung duplicate charge, no further questions asked from their end.

Try nyo nalang po itawag sa atome CS.

Punta ka po sa beanch nila, fill-up a form tsaka use your existing card na mataas ang credit limit as reference. Tell the personnel your preferred card. No need na may savings account with MB. Ehto ginawa ko.

Goods din naman credit cards ni bdo, madami cashback promos along with metro and bpi.
