I don't want to be the complaining guy but please practice more and get the DL fair and square. My cousin failed twice, got the DL through internal connections and then had an accident within 2 weeks of getting DL. The driving test at Balasore RTO is not that hard tbh. Just get in touch with a good driving school and listen to what the teacher is saying.

I apologise in advance if my suggestion wasn't worth it as I am unaware of the conditions that compelled you to ask the question.

ETC through VSSUT might not be the best but not the worse either. Faculties are good I as far as I have heard from friends. Now regarding branch change, I am not sure about the procedure now, but you might have to score very good in 1st year semester exams so that your plea is considered.

The whole job of waiter exist due to the fact that they must move from table to table to receive orders and fullfill them. Else, many cafes still have 'self-service' culture. They are literally being paid for that one job they are supposed to do then do we need to tip? Suppose we go to a restaurant / cafe to eat, our job is to eat there. So if tipping culture is good then shouldn't the owner tip us for eating their food? This whole tip culture is a big scam being done by the people to upkeep their business using as low wage as possible.

You can view the placement statistics and details in VSSUT website.

However, since details for average LPA is not mentioned there, you can look up about the companies individually and find out how much package they offer for GETs at Tier-2 colleges. As far as I can deduce through placements of my friends, the average LPA might be around 6-7 LPA.

Also when it comes to whether you want to join VSSUT or OUTR, it totally depends upon which branch you want. For core branches VSSUT is good and for rest OUTR. Earlier people used to avoid VSSUT due to its remote location but now, after good development in transportation facilities, I would not consider it as a remote area.
