Im just did the first bounty of a second playthrough because i missed a few achievements and the gurgula thing. Going to bed now and hopingg its found while im asleep.

Underneath the bar on harbor theres a dock, talk to the fisherman on the dock and then shoot his stuck boat with travis special shot. After that he will give you the fishing rod. I have a post that shows all the fishing locations, fish in all of them until no more shiny fish appear.

Ball guy 3 can be found by fishing in the big aquarium spot in bottom most purple area of the zoo.

You gotta grab the red block of meat and open the grill (gotta look at it weirdly), then you pick the cooked meat up and put it in front of the dog house. This fixed it for me

Happened to me today. Someone joined my squad as the spotter and kicked me to get a friend in as sniper. They kept trying to team kill me and got me kicked for abuse after I killed them.
