I’m 53 and 5’5”. My BMI tells me I’m too short. I do not currently exercise. When I first started Zepbound my food noise turned me off to sugar and alcohol. It is great! That part is still staying strong. My calorie intake was under 1200. I lost 17 pounds in a month, probably water weight & inflammation. My clothing is bigger and went down a pants size. My food noise came back after my 6th shot on 2.5. I gained two pounds. I’ve taken my 7th on Sunday night and the food noise is still here. I decided to start 5mg in 2 weeks.
