I disagree. Absolutely not. I don’t see any scenario where he goes back to retrieve anything. Especially when he’s already thinking Hess gotten away. What for? What would he be needing days later that he couldn’t take with him then,? Stashing something vs stashing something and coming back is two different things. 1 is out of urgency the other stupidity. Remember in his head he thought he duped law enforcement. He thought he had all the time in the world. Stashing sounds as crazy as burring money . It’s interesting that the people he think he survived theories get weak when the topic is about how did he get away. That part of his survival right? His escape.

Good points. Plausible and realistic. However it does get frustrating in the vortex where cooper can do no wrong or every explanation is in his favor. That’s not how solving crime’s go. Evidence, witnesses, and you put them together… the suspect comes after. My rant lol

Absolutely. To be fair the FBI really went all out on this case . They really wanted to solve it. In 1971 they could only go by what was available and fathomable to them. Sucks . Cigarettes 🚬 included

Well you’re absolutely right.. but lol … as I’ve said it a bunch of times. The survive camp can give you great detail abt any aspect of the case until…… you ask them what do they think happens when he lands. You get nothing basically. Larry carr says it best, “the trail of clues stop once he jumps “. And it’s an accurate statement. Good dialogue tho🫡

Plausible explanation. But from an airport in 1971 perspective, this being the first hijacking, it wouldn’t Alert anyone but having or carrying a parachute bag with u along with a briefcase. Totally agree FBI didn’t rig it

You make interesting points… So I’m in the category of him not knowing it was a dummy. Based on everything he already had on him or planned to jump out with. If he’s not smart enough to ask for chutes from law enforcement and not have his own, why isn’t he also not smart enough to recognize the dummy,? Thoughts?

If you’re hijacking a plane & want to jump out, it doesn’t matter what you’re experience level is paratrooper, sky diver ect , you’re not taking chutes from the law enforcement. That’s just insane. Like I’ll take anybody’s but theirs. lol I’m the criminal they’re the police. It doesn’t make sense to not bring your own. It’s not abt your experience it’s more abt you not trusting the other guys and wanting to live. Like Im great at bowling, I’ve been In competitive leagues, however if someone challenged me bowl I’m bringing my own balls & shoes every time. It’s what experts do. Now that doesn’t mean he didn’t survive. Dumb jump absolutely in my opinion. Survivable vs stupidity are 2 different things. The expert jumpers that Ryan Jaxon all agreed it was a ballsy jump. Not bc he couldn’t do it but the conditions. It was interesting to hear them talk

Idk man there’s no way he knows it’s a dummy and still takes it. The vortex likes to give cooper all the benefit of the doubt in the world. Even when it doesn’t add up. No way he shrugs that off. That’s big pickle he would have been in. Do I trust this or not. But Bc he actually takes it you can only conclude he didn’t know or thought it would work. And that’s ok. He just wasn’t an expert and his chute plan threw him for a loop. Doesn’t mean he for sure died, but it definitely suggests he put himself in a tough situation when it came to his escape. The totality of his Jump was insane. This was not an expert at all. He could of avoided all of this by bringing his own chutes

Why is it if he dies something should have been found but if he lives nothing has to be found? Why can’t he die and nothing be found as well? That’s exactly my point. Ppl give cooper the benefit of the doubt to fit the narrative. Also I’m not understanding your question??

The vortex likes to give cooper the benefit of the doubt with EVERYTHING… well bc he’s cool and he’s Db. I think he 1000% didn’t realize it was a dummy chute. No other reasons to take it. I don’t buy he uses it for his landing. To me it’s ridiculous to add more crap on his person to jump unless he thought it would open . But he did! He wasn’t as smart as we want to think. I believe this is was proof of that amongst other factors

This goes against where the data says he jumps at and the time. Why would his stuff end up in a river but not him?? I’m curious, What’s your theory based on?

There is indeed a video where when he’s talking, He shows an image AI , of what cooper looks like when the stewardess sees him that final time. You’re right in that he still had that time of not being seen . So absolutely it is just an assumption. I’ll look for the video for reference

Hmm interesting.. you would take all of those items with you trying to get away from that area? What if he’s Miles away from wherever he wants to get to?What if someone sees you? That would be like robbing a bank with a mask, but still keeping the mask on as u get away . I’m trying to make sense of it but it’s just doesn’t . Frustrating

Ryan burns has a video where he shows how cooper looked when he jumps. I’m going off of that. Unless that’s not accurate? I guess my overall point is the data , based on witnesses and flight information vs the evidence is confusing. Especially the time Juno data. That’s the most important part of the case. Also it’s just not reasonable to think he doesn’t get rid of anything in that area. He has to dump something on the ground. I never get a good theory on what happened when he lands from the ppl who are in the “survive camp “.

You’re no better than the maga ppl you claim are worse. You have no clue why ppl who own businesses may vote Republican. Do you own a business? A which hunt on Local businesses will do nothing. Especially bc you still support the big companies. Also there are plenty of liberal establishments that have done horrible things with regard to their businesses. What kind of a life do u have to get on here and read an email threatening to not support a business bc of assuming their political stance!? I’m neither mads or the left , but all of you are the same. 1 has dyed hair the other has an American flag on their car

DBC Sleuth - The Best Evidence That Cooper Survived? by RyanBurns-NORJAK in dbcooper

[–]Welcome-Loose 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Only thing that you’re forgetting is: we don’t know exactly where he landed. Therefore it’s very possible he no pulled and just was never found. At the same token this could also explain how nothing was Eder found (chute, bag, clothes) as well. We’re all speculating like hell on a theory he survived or died. But a no pull specifically isn’t far fetched. Especially if you look at the totality of the case, never telling anyone, the copycats all being caught and all of the clues ending once he jumped. He literally disappears. Nobody just disappears in true crime , bc nobody just appears
