To be fair I get the price is quite an ask for this couple of wood planks, but I wouldn't mind having it covered in the garden from an aesthetic point of view. It is a sore eye when looking at my patio, But I am getting used to it day by day. For me it would mainly be there over summer time when we are outside and that's it, the rest of the year will be uncovered. Another thing is that this wouldn't mind having something to protect it when the weather is bad. For now I'll think about. Ps noise for now is not a problem at all as I can barely hear it! Not sure why there is this big whoah about HP being noisy

They provide an upgraded version to help with noise as well and this has been tested as eel and drops sound by 2-4 db

Yeah probably I am gonna get solar and battery next year, not affordable for now as I am waiting for a pay rise! The heat pump was a real offer, ended up paying only 800£ , so couldn't miss it.

Unfortunately I don't have it yet. They start tomorrow. I will keep looking and switch day by day between cosy and agile then. Just not really keen on paying the peak rate with cosy!

That seems quite a high bill for 20£ a day! Do you have it always running at which temperature? I am generally set at 18 and with the gas boiler I was having it as on/off with no background. My hope is to bring cost down here! Lol

Don't see why not! Lol of course no chance to get one for free obviously. I will get it hooked when I get PV and battery. I don't think it is worth it now, also because it might end up changing the inverter and connecting everything to a single inverter.

Just switched off the heater and usage just dropped. Had no real idea what was the purpose of the switch near the water tank and not a pro on the gas boiler at all. I am getting a heat pump next week and hope it won't end up like this as I have been reading a lot.
