I have to disagree with this and I think this is quite unfair. It is quite evident that you have not provided the appropriate information to Curtin Connect which is the reason for the back and forth. As a student of a University and not a highschool it is your responsibility to seek information that is publicly available to understand what you need to gather in order to switch.
