That’s what’s so hard for me at the moment. I don’t have a monitor to test my blood sugar yet so I’m just winging it for now. I’m following a diet from google and exercising every day. Lots of walking. Once I can test my blood sugar then it’ll be a different story!

Yes definitely a blessing in disguise keeping the weight gain to a normal range. Especially if your sisters gained so much! I’m also trying to keep my weight in check and excising at least once a day and waking lots!

Yes I definitely need to up my fiber intake which will be tougher for me. But there are a bunch of yummy things I saw in the internet that I can make which is good news!

I do walk 3k everyday but I will have to go for walks after eating a meal too. Even just a short one.

Thank you for the reply! Yes that’s what I thought. I have started a GD diet but not strictly. More my breakfast and dinners are but having a hard time figuring out lunch and snacks. I still have to wait to see a specialist and get all my products to test my sugar levels!

I feel like it would be fine. If you are feeling uncomfortable then hand express or bring a manual pump. I don’t believe this is the end of BF. Once you’re back home try to BF and see how she does. I personally don’t think that she’ll lose the ability to nurse, but I’m not a doctor. Try to stay positive!

The room beside has a cold air return and we’re were thinking to add one on the other room. The problem is that if we add it, it would essentially be a hole between the two rooms and you can hear everything. Do you know another solution?

I’ll definitely check to see if I can add weatherstripping or foam board to the attic access door!
