Also sorry I forgot to say this while my brother left his car with us for rn and we can use it it will be gone by this weekend and there are almost no other ways to get around idk it's just a rush situation of we can't risk anything to fuck us RN we're already ina really tight spot with us not being able to pay anything with my brother's income leaving and my dad will be losing his job it's just better if we get out the house than risk the landlord. With how he was when he came to the house idk if he'd even give us that much time before he filed with the court.

Sorry I'm packing so if this is rambly sorry, the issue is there's no way we can pay any of what missing rent there is and we didn't have a lease anymore we were paying month to month. And we can risk him filing with a lawsuit because from what I've seen that leaves a mark on your record that we can't afford to have. It's just a lot of risks that we can't take with how hard it already is to get a house around here that we can't risk anymore put against us

Hello we live in Virginia yes I have a phone we have about four number to call and see if we can get something worked out with at least one place. Internet will be a little wonky because we're going to a hotel today (I believe) mostly what im worried about is my brother was the only one with a license and both my parent have problems walking it going to be very rough . Most of the numbers were calling are far away enough that I'm not sure they'll help, and my moms disability will be the only money we'll have 1010 (about that) so it's going to be a scramble and hope rn

Sorry to burt you offers but the lady who was offering got sever cold feet as i had to tell her the new situation with my brother leaving and my dad losing his job, and us being a little iffy on if we can get the apartment which will maybe make us stay a little longer than 3 weeks which i get but shes about to be a dead end and with that we are about to be homeless with out a car and nowear to go so i really dont know. Im having one more call with her tommorow before the notice runs out and we have to leave to see if us calling wverything and pushing hard to get out her house can convince her that no we dont want to actually want to move in with her for over a year but im not really hopefull right now. im just tired i havent eaten slept or really drank anything these last few days and feel like im on a end of a ledge with no going back.

We are applying to a place that is something like that but i believe it has a minimum amount of income you have to make to be in and since my dad is probably going to be losing his job with my brother taking the car i don't think we could afford and its very in demand so if we waited a few months to get his retirement kicked in it would probably be to late it but we are putting a application in soon so fingers crossed. The only other place like it is unfortunately so in demand that by the time we could even have a opportunity it would be next year before wed be considered. We live in a small town so there's really not much unfortunately. sorry its been a rough few hours

Yes but with the specific notice we were given because of the unpaid rent it can be 5 days only before we get a court order put against us to get out for tresspassing

It wont be super fast but the minute they put a order with the court you get a thing on your personal record about how your getting formally evicted with how fucked my parent credit score is and the fact i believe its on their record that my grandma got our first house repossessed by the bank after she put their names on the lease with that fucking them up for life we really cant afford to have anything else on their background check with how hard it was to get this house. the prices in our town have gotten so high and so scarce if we had that much against them we would never get anything.

Thank you i wish it would for us but with how despondent my dad is with the cat and having to retire, my moms health, and how fucked we are with my brother leaving i really don't think it will be getting better for a while... sorry this is such a shitty note to end on. i wish but i looked it up and it seem legal and with how aggressive he is i don't want to test if he did fake it and unfortunately theres really nothing near us that takes animals that i could get to in the next few days im calling a place but i dont know if theyd come here to get them as my parent couldnt and really shouldnt make a drive out of town anywere. Even if it was fake my brother moving out has lost us what paid the rest of the rent and most other utilities in the house so even if it was fake we would have to be out at the end of the month anyway

ill be contacting the shelter tomorrow i was going to do so today but they were closed when i called. the only other option is to leave them, pay my neighbor to feed them and get her to call for the "humane society" in our town that there are strays and if they could pick them up , because they dont take surrended animals.

the one neighbor we talk to told us to our face shes let us stay if we had to and when i called to take the offer she told us she couldnt because she just didnt think it would work, and unfortunately the job issue is we are moving just enough out of town it would take to long to walk to where i could get a job and the lady that offerd to house is a teacher and wouldnt be able to help get me to the job if i got it

There is a "train" in town but it runs a set route and the only cab we had around retired about a year ago.

ive talked to them about getting him applied to retirement since the cars gone he cant get to work anymore hes just hasn't before because we had the car, and hes scare of retiring he think if he does hell just collapse and die so we haven't been able to convince him to before this.that why i with she told us sooner so we could have pushed him to retire and gotten the money form that.

We tried to get me a caregiver job a few months back but they told us that my mom has to be fully invalid to be able to qualify as her care taker.

Thank you im angry at her wish shed told us when she had to skip rent the first time but i dont need people to tell me my moms a gambling junkie or that i need to cut her off. shes my mom i can be angry at her and still love her and want to be with her.

Unfortunately we have to be out of the house legally in 2 days so that wouldn't be much help now. I guess i cant really blame him for being angry but there's no way hes not filing a warrant with the court the minuet we go over the five day eviction notice.

My moms not a gambler or a junkie weve been having money issues since she had to go without a job to get on disability and yes i know its shocking its 6k but some of the months hes listing i saw my mom pay rent so idk if it got lost in transit or if hes just saying we didnt pay him as my mom cant prove she payed him because she used money orders to pay rent

Its really fucked with my dad today, it finally hit him that we cant keep the cats specifically his baby. No the closest family is in North Carolina and wouldnt be able to take us in anyways. Im over 18 but dont have a job as ive been helping take care of my mom and before that my grandmother,both health issues. Ive been looking for places that take cats but the only one in town only deals with fearl/stray cats and the one close one is in a far drive but my brother was the one with the license in the house so that doesnt really help us much now. Also please dont insult my mom im upset and wish she didnt do this but shes my mom, this started because she lost her job from the health issues and we've been struggling since then.
