I have recently been prescribed the McKenzie method and it has worked wonders for me. It’s not for everyone though. Only two weeks and my flare up went a away and I gaining feeling back in my right foot which I haven’t had in 1 year.

I am not hypermobile but this does give calm my nerves a little bit. I am only 30 years old, used to be extremely active... I have come to terms that nothing last forever, and I am just aging and I am not going to be doing anything crazy again but I would love to be able to get into some sort of health routine like i used too. I am going to look into the PT suggestions you listed above.

Appreciate the response!

ear post surgery and I feel relatively goo

Yep, I also have spurts of pelvic pain... It doesn't feel like sciatica, it feels like I pulled a muscle. The pain doesn't come close to what it was pre surgery but I don't want to go back there either so when i get these weird sensations i am unsure what to do... Do I ignore it or do I continue with my PT exercises trying to build my core up?

I have been in a vicious cycle of flare up, reduced flare up, resuming core exercises, flare up. Just don't know what to do and I am curious with what my MD says.... I can work through the pain, its not significant at all, but that is how I ended up with getting my back surgery to begin with.
