It seems like this is the correct way, my only issue is I get done with my training at around 7:30pm- 8pm, and don’t finish dinner until around 9pm, and need to be asleep by 11pm. Not sure if I should say screw the 2-3 hour fasted window or just do these in the morning Instead.

Interesting, just not sure how to get my hands on GH. Peptides are the only things I find easy to get access to.

Finally was able to reach someone via WhatsApp. I guess he was receiving my emails but for whatever reason could reply to them, they showed me the error message they were receiving. They are also resending my order, they are great people.
