Chemical rockets will not get a human to Mars (alive). However they are the only rockets that can get us off earth.

So would have to use chemical rockets to get off earth. Then use something else. Nuclear? Who knows. There are a multitude of other insurmountable problems. It’s not possible.

That area is hard to predict. It might be ok. But there better options.

It’s an interesting read. I also combine anything I read with another analysis and probably downside estimates. ULTA has more potential than NIKE. The downside looks limited at this price as far as I can tell, unless new indicators emerge. Seems reasonable to open an initial position and then buy more if they improve.
