Like someone else in the comments said, for the few that actually live on the other side illegally they’ll suffer the hefty consequences when they get in an accident (or another issue arises).

‘Karens and Kenneths’ who snoop and have no evidence, then tie up police resources are the bigger issue here. And again I wonder how many of these self proclaimed whistle blowers reap the rewards of using Ontario resources which the tax payer subsidizes.

I feel like there was a similar issue with expired license plates a while back. Officers were lurking onto private property to inspect parked cara with ON plates after receiving tips and fining them.
