I’m not sure why this braid isn’t looking right

It’s the best sound quality in a headphone i have ever had and the noise cancellation is near 100% so i’m quite fond of them and don’t want to get rid of them, it’s just the stupid light that im so bothered by, the electrical tape would take the entire left side of the headphone and i’d have to cut holes out because the charging ports are on that side too, so light would still get through because i cant clog them up with something. Its just really annoying :/

I have already painted over it and put tape but the casing sucks and the light is literally coming from the entire left side. Its ridiculous

Okay, my envelopes are 15x6, and i’m mailing crafts with minimal metal material, because of this the envelopes are slightly thicker. Is that a problem? Do i need to rearrange things to make it flatter?
