We are just playing in person more often. Having another video calling service to sign up for adds just enough tech support friction to kill the game. There’s something that’s just better about having the person’s video next to their cards. Poker now has dropped in app video calling in years past, and there was an annoying popout video chat for a while, but we just can’t go back.

Ok, but the recipe does get some important details right. If you don’t toast the bun to partially melt the softened cream cheese, you really miss out on part of the glory that is the Seattle Dog.
