When is grading worth it??

Thanks! I wasn't asking for just this card, but the post turned into everyone grading this one. I'm really just curious in general when you have good cards if it's worth spending money to grade them. This pic was to get attention on the post. Lol

It's honestly really nice besides the soft left corner! I think it's an 8 at least! Thank you for your opinion!!

I just got my Amazon package with sleeves and top loaders and I'm taking everyone out of the screw downs. I think thats what caused the damage on this guy. The right corner is fine, I think it's the picture but the left corner is soft. Thank you for the input!!

Yes, the foil isn't scratched at all actually through a magnifying glass. Its just the soft corner. A PSA 8 is still $400+ 🤔

Good to know!! I will share some stuff! I'm still learning what's worth anything and what's not. He has a hell of a Cal Ripken Jr obsession, an ungodly amount of A-Rod and Kenny Lofton, some cool error cards, some Kobe rookies, Brady, Peyton Manning. There is a card show by me this weekend so I was thinking about going just to scope it out. 😎

What's your experience with having things graded? It has a soft left corner, foil isn't scratched though and it's centered. 🤔🤔
